Just fell into another AR. Just did a trade for a NIB. Bushmaster A3 20" HBAR.

I gave the dealer a Russian SKS, a Chinese SKS, and $100 for the AR.

I almost feel dirty.

The dealer may already have buyers lined up and knows exactly what they are willing to pay. A dealer's job is to come out ahead. Still, nice trade!

No need to feel dirty...that's just good business. But there are some here that think you should have printed out all the AR adds on gunbroker.com and taught the owner that he was selling too cheap. Or just give him a few hundred extra to make sure he doesn't feel ripped off.:sarc:

I was originally trying to work a trade for a real nice M1903 Remington when the AR entered the discussion. The AR had just been delivered an hour or so before.

Yes there was a lot of luck and good timing that was mixed into that trade.
